Team meeting #6 - Namaste restaurant in Minneapolis














On Thursday evening, December 18, after our team "photo shoot" at the Walker sculpture garden, Sudarshan and Preeti Sood ate dinner with us at Namaste restaurant in Minneapolis.  Preeti had prepared a wonderfully detailed, informative handout on Indian history, religions, politics, culture and some handy "dos" and "don'ts!"  She even presented every person with a ribbon tied box of Indian treats - Wow!  In the box sat "Kachori," salty, deep-fried dough balls of Indian spices.  Nestled next to the "Kachori" were "sohan papdi," sweet flaky squares made with sugar, cardamoms, gram flour and clarified butter.  Dhanyavadagalu!!
