Indu Mandelia's cooking spices

Here you see a collection of Indu Mandelia's cooking spices:

1. top row/ left to right: cloves, red chilli powder, mustard seeds, bay leaves & "garam Masala"
(garam Masala is a complicated ground mix of: cardomon, cloves, pepper, bay leaves, cinnamon, javritri, nutmeg, & cumin seeds)
2. middle row/ left to right: cinnamon, tumeric powder, cumin seeds, anis seeds & black pepper
3. bottom row/ left to right: Javitri, coriander seeds powder, fenugreek seeds, cardamon & nutmeg seeds (before being ground)
