Tumkur East Rotary service projects

Our first service project visit was a stop at an orphange for 88 children. The Rotary club provided a new hot water heater and books. Painted on the wall, you see GSE teammate Mike reading the daily schedule.

Next we visited a school in a village called Mydala. The Tumkur East Rotary club provided school benches, uniforms and books for the students.

The last project was a visit to a blind school in Tumkur with 80 children. Their club provided a braille computer, furniture and other basic equitment. We were all moved by the work underway and the magnitude of the work to still be done.
